Are you looking for a quick and easy gift? Don't know what to buy? Make it yourself! This was so much fun to create. Start with a plain, unpainted wood frame and paint it white. Use texture paint and Mostly Vintage Decor Stencil to add depth and texture. Once it is dry, sponge silver ink through stencil onto raised image. Use Artistic Etchings with black and silver ink to stamp on the frame. I used My Digital Studio to create the Happy Anniversary inserts. You can join for only $99, click here for more details. This was created in response to Pals Paper Arts weekly challenge, http://www.palspaperarts.com/. I used My Digital Studio (#118108) to create this card, since I don't have the Circle Circus stamp set. It was inspired Denise January's card that was showcased on http://www.stampinpretty.com/2009/06/guest-stamper-and-sneak-peek-circle-circus.html. I am now certified on My Digital Studio. I would love to help you learn to use this cool paper-crafting software. See the book I created from Convention 2009 by clicking on the green book on the right side of this page. Are you ready for the holidays? Stampin'Up! has a great sale for the 12 Days of Christmas. Check out all the details at www.gratefulstamper.stampinup.net. |
